Block Time Service & Support Rate Table

Sign up now for an 80-hour block of time and receive 8 additional hours FREE. Free hours will be deducted from the contract after the prepaid hours have been used.

Our Block Time Service & Support rates are designed to provide you with the highest level of service and support at a competitive price. This allows you to purchase a block of time paid in advance and discounted based upon your needs.

You should purchase the total number of hours you anticipate using within the next 3 months to 1 year to get the greatest discount possible. Through the purchase of a block of time you will have access to our full service and support staff including system engineers, network technicians and on-site PC technicians.

Drive time to and from the job site will be charge based on your active service & support agreement. Mileage to and from the job site will also be charged based on the standard federal mileage rate of $0.500 per mile.

Additionally there will be a minimum one hour charge for any on-site service if you do not have an active service & support agreement.
